We invite you and your little ones to a heartwarming Valentine’s Day storytime and craft event. Using birdseed, sun butter and other natural materials, children will create festive bird feeders. Kids will love watching birds snack on their handmade treat. It’s the perfect way to spread a little love to our feathered friends this Valentine’s Day!

Join us for an adult cookie decorating class led by local baker Cindy Rich. Cindy will guide you through decorating a set of six cookies, each with a unique Valentine’s Day design. With her guidance, you’ll find success in icing professional-looking cookies.

Embrace the season of love this February and join local artist Libby Dutcher for a Valentine’s Day watercolor workshop. Libby will guide you with step-by-step instructions to help you create beautiful hand-painted cards using a stencil and beginner watercolor techniques. Embellished with gold leaf details, these cards make wonderful gifts for loved ones.

Join us for inspiration and motivation as we build a community passionate about plants, develop our love for gardening and elevate our gardening potential. This month we will discuss the principles of landscape design and how to enhance your yard. This seminar will be held in our heated pavilion.

Children will love creating their own vibrant stained glass suncatcher during this storytime and craft event. Made with colorful tissue paper and stencils, these suncatchers help kids embrace their creativity and make a wonderful valentine.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a sweet and creative cupcake decorating class just for kids! Little ones will love decorating their own festive treats using frosting, sprinkles and candy hearts. It’s the perfect way for kids and parents to enjoy the fun part of making treats without having to deal with the kitchen clean-up.

February 19th

Kids will have a blast exploring science and art during this exciting storytime and craft event. Using vinegar, baking soda, and paint, children will watch their artwork fizz and bubble before leaving behind a unique design. This activity is the perfect way to mix creativity and a dash of chemistry!

Join us for an engaging seminar led by professional landscape designer Tom Money. Tom will walk you through everything you need to know about winter pruning and how it prepares your plants for spring. With his guidance, you’ll increase your chances of a successful bloom in the coming seasons.

Stop and smell the roses! Join us for an in-depth seminar on all things roses led by one of our plant specialists. Our bare-root roses are arriving soon, and this class will discuss the best tips and tricks for keeping your roses healthy and blooming. Participants will also get a sneak peek of our variety of roses for presale.

Let your child’s creativity take flight with this whimsical butterfly storytime and craft. Using washi tape, pipe cleaners, and paper rolls, little ones will decorate their own butterfly friend. This activity is a great way for kids to learn how to repurpose everyday materials into something beautiful.
